Thailand's second-phase sanctions relief, shortening curfews 

 - Thailand's Cabinet approves the second phase of sanctions relief on May 17 (Sunday) so that various types of projects can resume

    on Friday, May 17.

 - The curfew will be changed from 22:00 to 4:00 p.m. to 23:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

 - All international travel bans are still valid.
