"2021 Daegu International Machinery Industry Exhibition" Looking at
the future
of the robot industry
The
2021 Daegu International Machinery Industry Exhibition (DAMEX 2021) was held at
EXCO for four days from November 16 to November 19 so that you can see the
latest technologies and trends in three regional machinery, parts, and robot
industries at a glance.
DAMEX
2021, which marks its 10th anniversary this year, is a representative
mechanical and robot exhibition in the region hosted by Daegu City and
organized by EXCO, including exhibitions in three categories: Daegu
International Automation Equipment Exhibition, International Parts and
Materials Exhibition and Daegu International Robot Industry Exhibition.
The
exhibition, which will be held to pave the way for local companies to recover
in line with the With Corona period, consists of 694 booths from 275 companies,
and additional events such as online overseas buyers export counseling and
purchase counseling for large and medium-sized companies were also held.
Then,
in the International Parts and Materials Industry Exhibition, various
organizations and companies such as Daegu Techno Park (Nano Convergence
Practical Use Center) and Korea Institute of Industrial Technology Evaluation
and Management participated to promote machinery/automobile parts,
electric/electronic parts, etc. A special hall was created to introduce a
'carbon fiber model car' made in life size using a 3D printer.
At
the Daegu International Robot Industry Exhibition, industrial robots and
service robot companies such as industrial robot Hyundai Robotics, global robot
company Yasawa, Stobry Korea, Rainbow Robotics, which introduced humanoid robot
"Hubo," and Tweeney, an autonomous robot company, drew attention by
introducing the latest robot technologies and products.
