"Electricity and power generation industries, eco-friendly and digital...""2021 Electricity Industry Competition" opens 



It is at the 2021 Korea Electricity Industry Exhibition, Power Generation Industry Exhibition, Korea Smart Grid Expo, the largest electricity and power generation industry exhibition in Korea. A total of 223 companies participated in the exhibition with 430 booths and 1,150 kinds were exhibited.

 

This year, various convergence technologies and latest products such as energy, power and power generation equipment such as production (power generation), transmission (transmission), and efficient use (smart grid), industrial energy storage (ESS), digital transformation, and renewable energy equipment will be displayed.

 

173 companies, including LS ELECTRIC, Korea Electric Power Corporation, and KOC Electric, will participate in the power generation and distribution sector to showcase SF6 alternative eco-friendly insulating gas (CO2+O2) and 72.5class opening and closing device technologies, and the world's first 170 G GIS and turbine valve actuator test equipment.

 

As smart grid companies, 50 companies, including LS ELECTRIC, KEPCO KDN, Korea Southeast Power, and Korea Western Power, will participate to introduce power distribution protection solutions and power generation digital solution technologies including smart diagnosis and distribution boards and microgrids.

 

In this exhibition, technologies and products related to manufacturing 5.0 (manufacturing 4.0 + eco-friendly innovation in response to carbon neutrality) to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality in 2050 will be exhibited to experience preventive diagnosis-related technologies using digital twin technologies.

 

Special promotional centers such as "Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Joint Hall," which introduces digital transformation and electric vehicle charging-related technologies, were operated separately. Various state-of-the-art technologies and services such as robot charging, mobile, rapid, and slow charging were introduced here, drawing attention from participants.

 

During the exhibition, 1:1 non-face-to-face online video export consultations with more than 100 overseas buyers from 93 companies, including countries in the New Southern Region, and "technology (purchase) exchanges and conferences" were also held.
