KINTEX operates the "India International Exhibition and Convention Center" in Southwest Asia

KINTEX will start operating the Indian International Exhibition and Convention Center from 2023.

KINTEX (CEO Lee Hwa-young), the largest exhibition and convention center in Korea, announced on the 21st that it will actively enter overseas markets through business partnerships with various domestic and foreign organizers and operation of exhibition and convention centers.

Recently, he participated in a private consortium consisting of Hanwha Engineering & Construction, Hana Financial Investment, and Hyundai Industrial Development at the MICE facility contest in Jamsil, Seoul, and is pursuing know-how transfer and global platformization for stable operation in the early stages of the exhibition and convention center.

KINTEX has been preparing business partnerships with global organizers operating in Southwest Asia so that IICC operations can be an opportunity for small and medium-sized Korean companies to develop new markets.

Starting next year, it plans to take the lead in the internationalization and globalization of the exhibition and convention industry using the Myst Triangle strategy that organically connects Gyeonggi-do, Seoul, and India.

KINTEX PR Team Leader Kang Yu-shin said, "We are working with major exhibition and convention organizers in Europe and the Americas, such as the world's largest exhibition organizer, Informa Markets, and Switzerland's MCI Group, the largest convention organizer. We are signing a partnership to jointly develop a new business.”
