KINTEX operates the "India International Exhibition and Convention Center" in Southwest Asia
KINTEX
will start operating the Indian International Exhibition and Convention Center
from 2023.
KINTEX (CEO Lee Hwa-young), the largest
exhibition and convention center in Korea, announced on the 21st that it will
actively enter overseas markets through business partnerships with various
domestic and foreign organizers and operation of exhibition and convention
centers.
Recently,
he participated in a private consortium consisting of Hanwha Engineering &
Construction, Hana Financial Investment, and Hyundai Industrial Development at
the MICE facility contest in Jamsil, Seoul, and is pursuing know-how transfer
and global platformization for stable operation in the early stages of the
exhibition and convention center.
KINTEX
has been preparing business partnerships with global organizers operating in
Southwest Asia so that IICC operations can be an opportunity for small and
medium-sized Korean companies to develop new markets.
Starting
next year, it plans to take the lead in the internationalization and
globalization of the exhibition and convention industry using the Myst Triangle
strategy that organically connects Gyeonggi-do, Seoul, and India.
