Announcement of the flow of quarantine management for overseas arrivals
On November 1, the overseas immigration
management team of the Central Disease Control Headquarters announced a new
flowchart of quarantine management for overseas entrants. First of all, Koreans
and foreigners who have misplaced the PCR voice confirmation (including
inappropriate) are restricted from boarding the aircraft. If the PCR infection
confirmation is confirmed after entering the country, Koreans will be
quarantined for 5 days (cost-bearing) + self-quarantine for 5 days, and
foreigners will be disallowed from entering the country.

中央防疫对策本部海外出入境管理组在11月1日发表了新的海外入境者防疫管理流程图。 首先，对微笑（包括不符合条件）PCR语音确认书的国内外人士限制乘坐飞机，在入境后确认PCR语音确认书不合格时，本国人采取设施隔离5天（费用负担）+自行隔离5天、外国人禁止入境的措施。
