"COEX Food Week 2021"
COEX Food Week 2021 was held at COEX A, B halls, and
conference rooms from November 24 to 27. COEX Food Week 2021 is the largest
food business event in the second half of the year to introduce trends in the domestic
and foreign food industries, secure markets for domestic food companies, and
provide business opportunities such as exports.
It carefully selects safe food and eco-friendly
products to show future consumers' choices. It will be held at COEX halls A and
B1, where visitors can visit COEX Food Week, Premium Agricultural and Fishery
Products Exhibition, Gangso Agricultural Exhibition, HMR Convenience/General
Food Center, Health Food Center, and Overseas Food Center.
In line with the changes in diet caused by the
pandemic, the bakery industry is full of various attempts. Enjoy the scent of
bakeries that have been fully prepared until the exhibition of their works! It
was held at COEX Hall A, where you could see the Korea Bakery Show (formerly
Seoul Bakery Festival SIBA) and COEX dessert show.
He talked about a sustainable future with innovative
technologies and products in the food tech sector, such as vegetable
alternatives that reduce carbon emissions, food upcycling using food
by-products, and naturally decomposed plastic containers. It will be held at B2
Hall, and the Food Tech Industry Exhibition, Future Food: Planning Center was
