The 2021 International Electronic Circuit and Mounting Industry Exhibition"

Contrary to concerns that its performance will deteriorate due to the COVID-19 incident, the domestic PCB manufacturing industry achieved 4.94 trillion won in the first half of last year as demand for semiconductor substrates increased significantly.

The 2021 International Electronic Circuit and Mounting Industry Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as the KPCA Show 2021), which opened at Songdo Convensia in Incheon on the 6th, drew attention from the industry even before the event was held due to expectations that the PCB and packaging markets should move forward.

Hosted by the Korea PCB & Semiconductor Packaging Industry Association and organized by KY Expo, 105 companies related to semiconductor packaging and mounting technologies, plating and surface treatment technologies, including representative manufacturers of electronic circuit boards, introduced the latest products and technologies.

In the exhibition hall, special halls such as "PCB Industry Award Promotion Hall," which is awarded to companies that introduce new technologies and new products by the Korea Electronic Circuit Industry Association every year, and "World-class Product Introduction Hall," which introduces companies registered as world-class products in the PCB industry.
