Seoul Cafe Show 2021, Coffee Industry Revives in the aftermath of With Corona.

On November 10, the Seoul Cafe Show 2021 opened in the entire COEX building in Samseong-dong, Seoul. More than 3,000 brands from 625 companies from more than 30 countries around the world participated in the Seoul Cafe Show. It is the first exhibition of the entire hall held at COEX after the conversion of With Corona.

At the event, coffee industry products such as coffee, cafe ingredients, roasting devices, and coffee machines were displayed. From the 12th, general visitors were also allowed to enter.

Various F&B brands participated in the Seoul Cafe Show to introduce coffee and dimension ingredients and desserts and hold a tasting event. Not only well-known companies such as Daesang F&B, Dongseo, Haagen-Daz, Tizen, and Jadeng, but also small startups participated in tasting and tasting events.

In general, roasting devices and espresso extractors are considered products for businesses and experts who are highly involved in coffee. However, after the Corona Pandemic, a device appeared in the exhibition hall where any coffee enthusiast can enjoy special coffee at home, reflecting the heat of the home cafe.

The Seoul Cafe Show is Asia's first coffee exhibition that began in 2002, and plans to grow into a global coffee exhibition that combines industry, knowledge and culture with core identities such as globalization, specialization, and culture.
