2021 World Solar Energy Expo and Carbon Neutral Industry Forum.
An exhibition was held to confirm the present and future of the new and renewable energy industry, which is expected to lead the domestic economy in the future. The 2021 World Solar Energy Expo (EXPO SOLAR 2021) was held at KINTEX in Ilsan for three days from June 16 to 18.
The solar industry has continued to grow steadily despite the global spread of COVID-19. Last year, the domestic installation capacity alone reached about 4 GW, and the government's "Green New Deal" policy was promoted.
Due to the government's Green New Deal support policy, not only the solar industry but also the domestic renewable energy industry are showing high growth, and the "World Solar Energy Expo" is drawing more attention.
The Carbon Neutral Industry Forum gave lectures to induce industrial strategy establishment and business investment, including trends in discussions on carbon reduction goals and implementation measures at home and abroad, industry transformation promotion strategies for 2050 carbon neutrality, expansion of ESG disclosure obligations for sustainable growth.
Meanwhile, the World Solar Energy Expo, an exhibition featuring the solar, ESS, and Green New Deal industries, marks its 12th anniversary this year, and serves as a bridge between participating companies and domestic and foreign buyers, and will also be filled with various programs such as exhibitions and non-face-to-face export consultations.
