International Green Car Exhibition..."Eco-friendly cars and future technologies"
The 2021 International Green Car Exhibition was held where you can see the trends of future eco-friendly vehicles such as electric vehicles, hydrogen cars, and self-driving cars at a glance. Various mobility such as Casper, the first model of win-win Gwangju-type jobs between labor and management, Ionic 5, EV6, special-purpose vehicles, and hydrogen fuel cell-based drones caught the attention of visitors.
Hosted by Gwangju Metropolitan City and co-hosted by Gwangju Green Car Promotion Agency, Kim Dae Jung Convention Center, and KOTRA, the 2021 International Green Car Exhibition was held at the Kim Dae Jung Convention Center in Gwangju for three days from November 18 to 20.
KIA said at the hydrogen mobility+show held in September, "We will introduce a passenger hydrogen electric vehicle in 2028, and before that, we will focus on using hydrogen technology in the military."
In addition, the Korea Three Axis displayed its self-driving electric truck "SSEYO" and introduced its ultra-small electric vehicle "MaiV" made by KST Electric Co., Ltd., and a small EV cleaning car and a large lithium battery iron phosphate battery cell (450ah).
At the exhibition zone of the artificial intelligence industry convergence business group, which supports demonstration of AI products and services related to Gwangju's major industries (automobiles, energy, and healthcare), virtual driving simulation was possible. The business entities are the Ministry of Science and ICT and Gwangju Metropolitan City, and the goal is to create an AI industry convergence ecosystem to secure new innovation engines.
Meanwhile, the International Green Car Exhibition, which marks its 13th anniversary this year, was held simultaneously with the International Root Industry Exhibition on the theme of basic technologies in the manufacturing industry and the International IoT Electric Robot Fair, which introduces advanced technologies in Honam's only intelligent robot industry. 93 domestic and foreign companies participated in the exhibition and operated 170 booths.
